Jane Boardman is one of Australia's most experienced executive and career coaches, with more than 23 years of full-time coaching experience and more than 12,000 coaching hours. As the founder of Focusworks, she has worked alongside leaders across government, academia, international organisations, not-for-profits and the private sector, helping them navigate leadership, career transitions and complex workplace challenges.

She is also the co-author of the Amazon #1 bestselling book In the Moment Coaching® for Leaders, which shares practical coaching strategies for leaders wanting to inspire, connect and excel.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication and an Australian Institute of Company Directors Diploma.

She is an internationally credentialled Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has served for many years on the ICF Global Committee on Ethics and Standards, including as Ethics and Standards Leader for Australasia.

Jane is also a member of the Career Development Association of Australia and the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches.
